"Lived here for 2 years and it's very clear that all they care about is collecting checks. I had a wasp infestation in my unit and all management did was tell me to spray chemicals in my unit. Good luck if you get a 1st level loft style as they don't put a fan on your 2nd floor so summers are unnecessarily hot. Poor insulation is also a major issue in the winter. They hit me for a (convenient) $500 cleaning fee. I agreed to have a cleaner come through, but I was led to believe that the only area needing attention was the kitchen, which I highly doubt actually took 3 people 3.3 hours of work each. I'm giving 2 stars because the new complex manager and maintenance staff treat you like a person and mean well, but Lexington management has left me recommending anybody else if at all possible."

"Lexington management AKA waterford heights !!!!stay away bad shady business practices. Lies upon lies watch your backs ! After you leave the property they hired a tru clean company to fake clean and charged 330$ for stuff that was already clean scam company!!"

"I loved living here, it had a nice updated feel and I loved living next to the airport. The view was like no other as well. If my wife ever kicks me out I wouldn't want to go anywhere else."

"I have lived in Waterford Heights for a year and a half. When I moved in I noticed that the closet door/mirror was cracked and notified the building managers four times through out my stay here. Management also came to my apartment twice for their annual inspection. To this day no one came to fix or replace the door/mirror. My garbage disposal also broke during my stay. After multiple calls going back and forth it took them over three weeks to send maintenance and change the disposal. I finally submitted my move out notice and they started to show my apartment to prospective renters, which I have no problem with. However, out of respect for the current tenants they should at least check if a time is convenient for the current tenant to have strangers in their private living space. I called the building manager, Linda, and tried to delay a showing to a later hour. She told me that legally she is only obligated to place a notice at my door and not confirm whether I received the notice and agree with the time. If they are going to do business based on the lowest requirements, the law, and throw customer service to the wind then I have nothings to say to them. I do however have something to say to prospective tenants on the services that they will receive and the lack of respect they will have for their privacy. Below is my response to the management company after they have seen my review and replied to me. Hello Lexington Management, Your reply on my review is the first that I have heard back from you about my cracked mirror, which had been broken and communicated about to multiple members of your staff during multiple inspections over a year and a half. If the cost of fixing the mirror will be charged to me I should get a reply or a follow up explaining the situation in a timely manner, which is not what happened. If I was expected to pay for the mirror it should have been fixed and replaced at my request in a timely manner. If I will be paying for it, I have the right to use it. The fact is no one replied to me about the mirror, no one tried to fix it and right before I move out you tell me that I am expected to pay for it when I didn't even damage it in the first place. Our rental contract is only valid if both parties uphold their obligations. I will seek legal counsel if you continue to take advantage of your tenants and neglect your duties as the landlord. Furthermore, in the instance of the broken garbage disposal your property manager definitely did not come to my apartment that same day or even the next day and it was definitely not fixed in the same day or the following day. Thank you for finally deciding that your tenant is worth replying to after they post public reviews about you."

"Lived there for 2.5 years and had an amazing time. I must say its a wonderful property with wonderful management. Especially Jedd (Property Manager) & Terry from Main office were Superb . They understand the problem and always help. If I ever come back to GreenBay would love to stay in this property again."
