"Most of the positive reviews are not from clients, which is legally questionable at best. These guys refused to represent my best interests, stopped doing good work after a billing dispute, which resulted in an audit and their agreement to work for free for a couple months, and then they refused to remove themselves from the case when asked. Hiring these guys nearly ruined my whole life, especially when they refused to be fired. Alan Eisner also threatened to sue me for writing a negative review, even though everything in it is true. Despite threatening to sue me, he still refused to withdraw, until he suspiciously gave the court two different reasons he needed to withdraw within two weeks. I told the judge that I had asked him multiple times already to withdraw. I would not receive communication from them for months at a time, except to send bills, then Alan would go into the courtroom and act as if we had spoken. He would then flee the courtroom after having a Violated legal ethics by refusing to represent my interests for months, most notably when he refused to bring up issues we had discussed and instead only worried about his own removal from the case. It was confusing to me that after refusing to withdraw for so long, all of a sudden it was urgent that he withdraw before doing even one thing I asked. The months of poor representation are still harming me, as I likely suffered prejudice as a result of Alan’s work. My next attorney immediately asked my why exculpatory evidence had not been submitted. I had no response for her. I would even recommend a public defender. I have screenshots of these exchanges in case Eisner emails with more threats."
