"The workers was nice, it's the things that's not finished. I have a lot of bugs coming into the house because there's no insulation at the bottom of my front door. and there's stained tiles in the basement. The bugs coming in is very bad."
"Great place to live. Management are on top of things like, making sure snow is plowed, when you submit a maintenance request they send someone out in a timely manner."

"Management is bad. Complex is good for the most, maintenace is as good as the manager let's them do. Costly for what you get. Overall a 4 out of 10."
"Best apartments we have lived in out of 4 other complex’s in Madison. A little on the high side for rent so we’ll probably try for a duplex next time. Love how I can’t hear any of my neighbors, good insulation. The only thing I would change is the washer and dryer. Not sure if our unit just has old ones but they are very small so we have to do twice as many loads now."
