"Property manager Andrew is a real piece of work, can't imagine his actual qualifications that lead to him holding his current role, the property it's self definitely starting to show some of it's age as well the attention to detail seems to be going down hill; along with the rent increases, not really sure the value is really here anymore."

"I've lived at the Mchenry apartments going on 2 years. I've enjoyed my time here. It's pretty quiet. Maintenance is quick to fix any repairs. I don't have any complaints other than the smell of Mary Jane in the halls."

"Like previous reviewers have brought up, if I was rating The McHenry based off Forward Management, this would be a resounding 5. They have been nothing but prompt and responsive to any issues I've had. However, given that most people look to reviews to see how the actual day-to-day living is like, I would say that the tenants really drag this place down. Dog feces are all around the grounds even though there are two, yes TWO, doggy stations provided by Forward Management by the grass sections. Cops seem to be called here every other week. Seen many tenants who have aggressive dogs where they seemingly don't control them whatsoever. I've rented from Forward at their location off of North Star Drive and it was hands down the best living experience. Sadly, this place seems to suffer terribly from geographic location. Can't recommend Forward Management enough, just not The McHenry."

"Great place to live. Very clean. been living here since it first opened and haven't had any problems. Andrew is always on top of everything. Management is amazing. Only met a few of my neighbors and they are absolutely wonderful and nice."

"Single mothers beware you’re better off finding somewhere else that has compassion for families. They are happy to take my rent every month early, never been late but are unwilling to renew my lease. The fact that a friend washed their dog in the dog wash room while visiting is the reason that they are not going to renew my lease. Mind you the dog was never brought any further than the dog wash room. When I asked for a explanation of why my lease was not being renewed that was the reason why. I even took the time to request a meeting to discuss the matter and was denied. Management is too busy to take the time to meet with a tenant. Too many other places in Sun Prairie find somewhere else."
