"Can’t go if you’re over 6ft tall. Company is ghosting me now. Only after driving there and waiting an hour did they tell me that I was too tall for the plane (i’m 6’3) and can’t go up. No where in any advertisement or correspondence did they mention this might be the case even though the pilot said its happened many times before. Now they’re ghosting me and i can’t even get a refund. Also they hit you with an $80 fee on top of the advertised price. Shady company that doesn’t care about customers"
"Booked a flight to Malibu but ended up with LA flight. When I emailed the customer service, I got the attached response after 3 weeks of ignoring my emails. “You can see Malibu from LA. You only missed flying over the coast” Are you serious?! I booked to fly over the coast!! Simply rude! Paypal dispute to follow."
