Joe and Matthew have been extremely helpful with everything we ever needed over the past two+ years. "My husband and I have lived at the Mosaic for the past 3 years. The location is absolutely fantastic! We are within walking distance to almost anything we need, but yet also have the balance of the surrounding residential area for quiet walks. The building itself is wonderful. The management is always responsive and helpful, and they go above and beyond to communicate with the residents. The quality of the apartment itself is fantastic, with everything updated and in great condition. We have absolutely loved living here and highly recommend it to anyone!!!"
"After living at Mosaic for a year, I can confidently say it is my favorite property in Milwaukee. It's only a short drive from downtown, yet the neighborhood is very quiet. The residents are nice, the property manager is timely and easy to work with, and the maintenance quality is superb. I can't imagine going back to street parking in the winter after utilizing Mosaic's heated garages, which are wonderful. My dog and I have been very happy here."
