"Landlord doesn't fix anything even when asked multiple times, there have been mice in nearly every apartment building here since 2016, as well as neighbors reporting bed bug multiple times."
"Looked around some soffits are falling off the buildings, roofs look old and some gutters are hanging off... not to mention everything outside that was painted needs a coat of paint again. The asphalt driveway/parking lot is rough! the units inside look nice though."
"They WILL NOT give you your security deposit back. I've talked to a few people who lived there and NONE OF THEM got theirs back. They will even tell you you OWE them more money!! For things that were broke when you moved in, cheap blinds that they always replace for new tenants, and old carpets that they HAVE to replace. They will try to charge you for. I've lived there for 7 1/2 years. They're trying to charge me (besides the $500 security deposit they are keeping) extra for things I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR!! They all seem nice to your face, until you move out. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE IN THERE!! Please find another apartment in Greendale."
