"Very bad place and worst maintenance. Never recommend anyone to lease here. Nosy neighborhood, you feel like it’s haunted. Very old buildings cracks everywhere. Foul smells, bad water, outdated equipment. Dangerous place, park your car with a bag in it. Your glass will be broken and bag will be gone by morning. There are complaints of homeless people taking shelter at the laundry rooms. Can’t imagine how bad this place is."
"The maintenance and management is very bad. They make every reason to take the advance amount. The maintenance is the worst , there was faulty fridge, everything was getting spoiled. Even after making requests it took more then a moth to get a new one."
"We rented a nice 2 bedrooms condos it's pretty nice apartments! When comes to turning the keys it was a nightmare wasnt too happy at all, cant get hold of anyone to figure out where to put the keys when the office was close and cant fit keys/garage remote in the rent box like what to do, so, I've no choice to hand it to my old neighbors which i didnt want to do, but, I ran out of options plus cant get a hold of of anyone"
"I. Move to green bay meadows last year into.a condo. 2 bedroom. I decided to downsize this year Kyle was very nice in helping with finding a 1 bedroom apartment.i experience a water leak under the kitchen sink today I call the office right away Craig. Came right away to fix the Problem. Very. Quiet. Relaxing place to. Call home"
"I lived here for 6 1/2 months while i was on assignment in Racine. We were in the 2 bedroom condo. Everything about the unit was great and if there were any issues they were addressed quickly. Kyle from the office was amazing!!! I highly recommend this place."
