"This place is run by really professional and kind people. I haven’t had a single negative experience with them. We’ve had a few in home issues like our heat going out in the middle of the night but we got someone on the phone within 10 minutes of this occurring and they said they could come out to fix it that night or they could be at our place by 6 AM the following morning. We have also called the office a few times due to various reasons and each conversation has come to a great resolution and we have felt like the office workers are on our side/here to support us. Everything has been wonderful. Would recommend this place to everyone! Very chill atmosphere and everyone has great outdoor space."
"I enjoyed my four-year residence at Mequon Trail. The location is in a safe neighborhood and away from nuisance noise. The layout of the property and units is excellent, as there is usually notable space between apartments. Office staff is on-site and readily available, very helpful. Maintenance is efficient and prompt. Enjoyed having my own address, entry, garage, and laundry. Check the water quality report and judge for yourself."
