"Quiet neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. Maintenance and management could use a little work. Maintenance requests aren’t always responded. Pool was closed for maintenance at the height of the summer and was not reopened. Key fob never worked to enter gym/club house. Some neighbors had too many cars taking up parking spots."

"Unfortunately, my experience as a resident here wasn't great. Moved here during the fall and it was great at first. But everything was just starting to break down on us. When applying they were quick with response and great. But as a resident, it's almost impossible to get a hold of anyone. 2 key fob mailbox key out of our 3 sets didn't work. Reached out and heard nothing from management. During move in, we mentioned some defects and management stated they'll have it replaced/ fixed yet nothing was done up until our lease ended. Then our worse nightmare, summer came and the bugs, Flys and insects were just out of hand. Could barely enjoy our balcony as there's so many bugs and spiders, we eventually end up giving up trying to get it under control. Inside our apartment, were flies, no clue how they got in. Not to mention in between the windows too. Never opened the window and there's the screen window, so how did those flies get in? And finding random maggots around the house was just disgusting. I couldn't wait till our lease was over. Until the end, I couldn't get a hold of management or anyone in the office. I was told someone will call me back but nothing. Ended up emailing then and yet, no reply. It's very unfortunate. We were so happy at first yet it took a quick downfall."

"By far the worst I’ve ever been treated. The staff is extremely rude and inconsiderate. Since I moved in I have complain almost everyday for about a month bout my garage opener I didn’t receive one upon me moving in, I had to call everyday and email everyday to get the right key to my house so I had to go through screen door extremely inconvenient, I told them the AC went out upstairs and temperatures are rising no call, no follow nothing. If I can give zero stars I would & I just moved here a month ago."

"This place is garbage. I'm trying to get ahold of the apartment manager cause someone I know used my debit card to pay their rent. They won't return my calls or anything. I guess the police will be reaching out next. I was told in a follow up message to call you guys back I have done so and no one still will answer the phone. When you tell someone to give the office a call and you do and no one answers still is very unprofessional"

"Zero stars if I could. I’m following up to see when I can expect to receive my $250 refund for the apartment that I declined due to it not being what was displayed on the website. I applied for a remodeled three bedroom apartment as shown in the website and was approved and when I came to tour I was told that those were not available. You guys showed me several apartments that were in unsatisfactory condition and apologized to me for not having what was falsely advertised on the Deer Run website. I have reached out to GreyStar corporate office regarding this matter as well. There is no reason that over two months later I have not received my money back. My next step is to retain my family’s attorney for this matter if I do not receive my money back."
