"I would give fewer stars if I could but unfortunately one is the lowest. Thomas didn’t even know the legal definition of a victim. When I explained my situation to him, he couldn’t understand the simple concept that professionals must be liable for breach of data, negligence etc. He defended this company “X” saying they were victims too - there has to some form of HARM (physical, monetary etc) for company X to be considered a victim (google it!). The only people harmed in this situation were my husband and I; in fact, Company X made money. He didn’t seem to grasp this simple concept. Don’t waste your time and talk to more knowledgeable lawyers. PS, his system for clients is easy to breach for hackers since he seems to see no flaw in how company X handled things, so I would be very wary of my personal information if I were a client of his."
