"When my dad died, the manager stole some of my dad's property (a train set) and wouldn't give back the security deposit (even though we came every weekend for a month from out of state to move stuff out and clean every inch of the apartment). She stopped answering phone calls and took advantage of me (20yrs) and my sister, who at that time was under age."
