"We just moved out of the Rosewood Commons and I was sad to leave! We lived here for about a year as a newly married couple and it was great. The neighbors/others residents are friendly, I felt like I was in a safe area. The apartments are really nice and new with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, as well as a private garage for one car. I also liked that it was a dog friendly facility and has a nice dog park. As we were leaving, they were laying down new grass to make it look nicer instead of the dirt and weeds. Our landlord Tracy was very easy to work with and was easy to communicate and very responsive with emails! I also though the rent was reasonable for the amount of space you get and amenities. And Jackson is a nice town as well. My only complaint was when we moved in it was brand new, so there was blue painting tape left on some of the counters in the bathroom and kitchen, dust from workers boots on the floor and stairs, a chip in the counter that was filled with a clear fluid."
"Very nice apartments with dog-friendly policy, including a dog park in the middle of the commons. Stainless steel appliances and bright decor make them inviting. Private garages are great - especially in Winter. The vaulted ceilings in the upstairs corner apartments make them the most attractive, IMHO."
