"Living at Woodnote Residences has been amazing! We love how Woodnote offers 8-month leases for flexibility, something that’s hard to come by in the area. Alejandro has been extremely helpful from the beginning, and their entire leasing staff is extremely organized. On the rare occasions we have requested maintenance, the crew is at your unit within a day & are always so nice! Additionally, our husky loves the nature path & dog park. We will be extending another 8 months! Thank you Alejandro!"

"Bought by Mandel group whose a greedy management company that over charges in rent. My rent went up $150 a month after I moved out of my 1br. The rent is now almost the same as my girfriends nice 2br apartment in Milwaukee. Amenities are about the same. We also spent a whole afternoon cleaning the place and they still charged me for things not being clean enough. They also nickle and dimed me on my security deposit and I barely got any of it back. They charged for "pet hair" on the base boards.. even though they collect a separate pet deposit and monthly pet rent. And nobody picks up their dog waste so watch your step."

"The place was built fast so the finishing look pleasing to the eye but up close and living in a unit comes with water damaged doors from snow and rain coming through, the windows get stuck open, door handles freeze over in the winter, water leaking from the ceiling vent, maintenance and contractors constantly inside the units to look at the issues and most of the time the issues aren’t fixed. We have been living at Woodnote for over a year and still have multiple maintenance issues like the ones listed that aren’t fixed. If you work from home and have pets, it makes it difficult to get work done with consistent traction in your building. While it may look nice, there’s a never ending list of issues that I’ve never experienced renting before."

Our move-in experience was just as good. The apartment homes are great and the complex as a whole is very attractive. We look forward to our new chapter of life here!"
