"I liked the online portion. Having done this 7 times now, I was able to claim "proficient", take a quiz, and finish quickly. (-1 star for the course trying to tell me to do mouth-to mouth on people... no... don't do that...) The hands on portion was quick and mostly easy. However -1 star for the manikin and BVM being so difficult to use that I had to lean on the manikin and squeeze the bag in a way that I would never do to a person. I felt like it wasn't good for teaching people how to do it properly, especially without an instructor there to talk about how to do it correctly."
