"I worked at the Madison location for a very short time. I was excited to move into a new career field the hiring manager was so nice and very understanding he gave positive and encouraging vibes during the interview and first 2 days of work. My 3rd day of work Was completely different I was insulted, accused, embarrassed and belittled not only by the hiring manager but also by another employee From another office. It’s a power trip to intimidate new comers."

"Training for BTs could definitely be improved upon. They just have you shadow for a while then throw you into the job and you dont even know what to look for when you do shadow. No benefits are offered if your full time. Company does offer a lot of hours compared to other ABA companies if you are in good standing with the company. They definitely need more support in management to improve client services. I left due to poor company culture, poor training, and lack of supervision/support. Good way to get your foot into the door for ABA though but I don't recommend long term"

"Administratively, I found them to be very unprofessional, unreliable and either dishonest or disorganized. They were either very slow to respond or didn’t return calls, texts, emails. They wasted a whole month and then backed out of treating my son after we had already done the initial intake, offering lame excuses. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere."
