"Hung does not answer emails or call when it comes to billing questions. he has his part time staff, who never do their due diligence, answer his customers. You can't get straight answers from them, they will reply with little to no details leaving you to call the Farmers direct line. I asked them for billing assistance and they answered with "unsure", "maybe", "do this yourself". Take your business elsewhere, there are better rates and support offered."
