"Do not do business with massod. He is very unprofessional and rude. I asked him for a quote, for my brother and he went ahead and added him to my insurance without me agreeing. When i asked him, he said its only few dollers and why am i crying about it. He makes random changes to charge people. Everytime, there is a change, they charge so thats why, he makes changes without asking. I have to pay over 100 dollers for a mistake he made. When i talked to him he says come in person and talk , even though i already did. Masood straight up is a thug and a scammer."
