"They charged me twice onthe same day for the month of September 2022.I made several calls on September 12th, when I told Gabby about my doubled payments that they took out on the 12 she blame it on the machine malfunction. That's not all, I asked for my refund that was another story, she told me to call back.Yes I did call again later that day and Gabby told me that I will get my refund from farmers within five days so I waited until 20 of September but no refund was made.Then I called their office on the 20th but nobody answered.So, I called my bank who refund my money on the22nd I saw that farmers refund that same amount too on the 22nd. I checked to see how to return one but farmers want payment but I realized that they were demanding a 25 dollars fee.So, I paid online minus that $25 .Now my question is who would repay me for the inconvenience they have caused me.These people are o are looking to get the best for themselves customers are nobody but just a client"
