"Just purchased a home and was told home owner insurance will be included. Well I guess it was Farmers Insurance as I just received an email that I was signed up for this. I rather have went directly with my own insurance since I am not a fan of Farmers but didn't have a choice. Experience not great so far. I haven't received any information about my coverage nor can I get a hold of them. You would think they'll reach out to their customers and explain coverage and fees. This is my first time buying and have no idea what it covers. Can't wait till coverage expires so I can get my own with Progressive. They take care of their customers. Always had a bad experience with Farmers."

"Worst insurance provider. They say one thing and completely mean another about their policies. They waste your time and money. The policy’s are not worth the money you pay for them. The customer service is terrible and there’s always been so many different hidden fees. When I first walked in they seemed very nice but once I was customer it all went down hill. Do NOT come here the insurance coverage, customer service are not worth it. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Farmers insurance is the worst insurance company I’ve ever come across and will always warn anybody before doing it."
