"Don’t trust this school at all. It is all good before Esther the owner took your money. We have group class we paid for 22 weeks just used 2 weeks. We also paid for private class too. The group class without parent are a chaos market. Due to the reason our kids not fit in this type group class, we want to cancel class or get refund. Esther said no refund at all. Then we begging the teacher that give up make up class for count as what they count 15 mins one on one equal one group. Oh my god! Then they will come out a “Magic” math method, that price is even double the price. They charge $116 per hour. Terrible school and customer service! They hire part time worker only work 1 hours after 5 pm just for call and text the parent to pay on time. When come to refund they do not take your phone call and ignore you. I mean who are you? Are you the queen to make all the rules? Esther I believe is the owner or operator and was all nice before she takes your money. +1. Do not come to this school for music. I have seen 1 experiences group class teacher left in 2024. And that teacher worked at least 1 year I have seen there. Some of the senior one on one and group experience teacher pretty tardy. Only 15mins class they will late start for 5 mins and talking joke with kid for another 5 mins, will not mention the teacher name, I guess if you just need a day care for 30 mins, then it may worth the money."
"Don’t let their Yamaha name fool you! Terrible school and customer service! Esther I believe is the owner or operator and was all nice before she takes your money. We were paying for group class and $70 an hour for private lesson and she got us an amateur teacher who was not passionate about teaching and kept checking phone during lessons. When we confronted her she made all kinds of excuses and blamed us for being serious. We wanted to buy another set of books however their staff gave us wrong ones and didn’t want to refund because they wanted to keep the money for credit in the future. Poor communication within this establishment they have a lot of kids they can’t manage it’s a mess and demand the parents to stay in group class to learn with the kid together which was never mentioned before we paid. She was confident enough to yell at us in the lobby in front of all the other parents and kids. Who in the world does she think she is? She is very rule person and traumatized my kid."
