"I’m also a customer that started service through Costco sale. Delivery date was on time, second delivery was also good. After that, their deliveries started to be a delayed. Went for a month and half with out deliveries. -Machine also broke down and I requested a maintenance appointment: no one came. Called to cancel service. Agent convince me to keep service, they scheduled a new maintenance appointment & promised me that someone would show. Date came and nothing. I called to cancel service. A month later someone showed up to pickup water bottles and machine. Only took water bottles and now I’m still being charged for machine rental/ deposit. Greatly disappointed and dissatisfied with their service and delivery."

"Started service after they ran a special thru Costco (Ukiah) Delivery is awful. App is awful. Service is awful. Cancelled after 2 months. Dont waste your time"

"My local Alhambra Water Company has been nothing but a headache for me. The first dispenser they delivered was so loud that I asked them to replace it. They dropped off another one in the driveway without notice and therefore they did not install it and take away the faulty one. I notified them that I was cancelling my service and they needed to come get the two dispensers, two bottles of water, and two empty bottles. For the past two + weeks they have consistently given me multiple pick-up dates that they have not honored. This is an extremely mismanaged satellite office and Alhambra Water should fire the manager and get someone in there who knows what they're doing. If you live in Lake County, I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this company."
