FedEx OnSite is conveniently located inside Dollar General at 1405 South Main Street in Lakeport, California. You can pick up or drop off your FedEx pre-labeled packages at this location without having to wait at home for a delivery or make an extra trip to a FedEx facility. Simply pack and seal your package, create and print a label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at this location. Make sure your package is securely sealed, properly labeled, weighs less than 55 pounds, and is smaller than 48" x 25" x 25".
There are no additional fees for using this service, and you can also drop off pre-packaged and pre-labeled return packages for online shopping returns. Packages will be held for up to 7 days before being returned to the nearest FedEx facility. International packages with a U.S. originated address are accepted as long as they have a completed printed label using your FedEx account number or credit card payment.
Please note that this location does not provide shipping or packing materials, so make sure your package is ready to ship when you drop it off. For assistance with packing supplies or help with dangerous goods/hazardous material shipments, visit a nearby FedEx Office location or select participating FedEx Authorized ShipCenter or Office Depot OfficeMax locations.
