"This review applies to the Upland store! Horrible set up of Halloween costumes and some of the accessories! They were hung so high up, you'd have to be 7 feet tall to reach them! Yes, I know you can ask an employee to assist you in getting something, but what employee has all the time to just walk around with you and get everything down that you want to look at! I'm sure they have tasks that are given to them and expected to be completed by the end of their shift, as is with any other retail store. I like to look at everything and then decide what I like best! I've recently been to other Party City locations which had great set ups with everything within reach."

"Shopped here on 6/9/2023, I was looking for a balloon helium tank kit. I was helped by an awesome employee named Hector. Hector was working the register and was friendly, personable and most of all knowledgeable. Great customer service on this day by Hector. I shop here often and this is not always the case…sadly, it rarely is. Thank you Hector."

"These were not my original ballon’s I only got one $10 dollar Mickey Mouse ballon that popped twice. I came in ready to pay for another one and I did the &4 difference for a Ballon to add my sons name. Well I was wondering what was taking so long for one balloon when then the manager Joselyn comes out with $60 worth of balloons for my boy. I never do ratings but if you need to go to Party City come to this one. Mia works in the front great service as well."

"I went to this party city to get a gender reveal confetti popper that it said online was available for in store pick up. Once I got there. They were completely sold out of the girls and only had blue. There were absolutely no associates on the floor or no where to be found other then a very nice lady who was doing it ALL behind the counter.. she answered phones, was blowing up balloon orders AND checking the long line of people out. I can hear on her walkie talkie there were other associates there but no one ever came up and helped her. I had to wait in a line of 8 ppl just for her to help me. She was so extremely nice and when I told her I needed the pink popper looked up the sku and she went and doubled check above the gender reveal area and they were there. She said they probably were scanned in wrong and unfortunately we didnt have them. She did show me a alternative popper that would work perfect for us. Even under all the pressure of doing everything her self she was still kind and help. Total shame on party city to have ONE associate for the entire store. I was there for well over a hr for a simple item. And the bathrooms were DISGUSTING. One stall had no toilet paper in it. The garbage were over flowing in both stalls and there was feces on one toilet. Totally not sanity and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. I wish I had caught the lovely ladies name to put on here but she had braids and wore glasses. She was the only thing that was pleasant on this trip."
