"I just moved back to San Pedro recently and saw JDC Records on 6th St. and went in to see what they had. They had a pretty good selection of all different genres over the last 40 years and i will definitely be returning to buy more LPs as i just recently bought a new turntable .It brought back memories of when i was growing up, buying 45s and LPs at Jessies Record shop on the same block. There was also another place i used to buy 12 in singles at on 5th street. It was called JDC Studios i think . Anyway i would recommend this record shop to anyone. BTW, i walked out with a 12 in LA Dream Team is in The House!!"

"JDC is in old town San Pedro and is the nicest record store. They have everything you could want and the service is great. Parking is free and easy on the street. The service is just amazing. I was with my grandson and he wanted to buy some vinyl for his mommy was not sure what she would like. The woman who took care of us was so nice to him and they looked and looked and he noticed some covers with photos and recognized the artists--he is speech delayed--and pointed to those and the two of them made two great choices. His mommy was so pleased. They also have CDs, cassettes, Tee shirts and other items. The store is not huge, but big enough to find what you want and the prices are very reasonable. We can't wait to go back."
