"Poor management, poor maintenance, poor communication. This place is falling apart. There were so many dips in the floor where our unit was practically sinking in some parts. Washers where out of order half the time and one was filled to the brim with water for almost 2 weeks. Maintenance is laughable, we had them come and look at our bathtub, it was draining slow, and after it was still draining super slow. I pulled out a good 2 ft long strip of hair which wasnt ours. Pet owners dont clean up after their animals. Save yourselves a nightmare and find somewhere else to live. The only positive I have about this place is that it was cheap living that was close to campus."
