"Tell me why I've been getting notifications all day about my package being in Eureka, then out for delivery, and then finally a notification that my package will be delivered shortly and to keep an eye out for it... to then see the USP driver drive passed my house not once, but twice. And I still don't have a package?? I got no notification that it was delivered. So it didn't end up at the wrong house. They literally just didn't deliver my package?? And when I go to CALL someone about it, I find out the office for customer service is closed at 1pm! Costumer service is pretty useless..."
"The hours listed here AND on the UPS website are a lie. This location doesn't open until 11am (see attached photo of sign with their hours). And on the day I went, Friday, Sept. 29, 2023, I waited from 10 to 11am only to see someone had posted a handwritten note that the location wouldn't open until 3pm."
"My package was never delivered. Because they took a random house picture That's proof of delivery it's not my home. That's is bad business. They have lost my trust. Now it can't get a hold of anyone."
