"I was looking for a martial arts class for my son in Morgan Hill. There was one closer to our house and we all connected really well with the instructor however the sales person was extremely pushy and that put me off. One of my friends told me about UAMA and how great it is. She has 2 sons in there and they love it. I went to go check it out and the lady at the front desk was friendly and answered all my questions, so we did a trail. My son was a shy kid. I wanted a place that would teach him a few things: Confidence, respect, structure, coordination, and of course self defense. So far United Academy has checked off everything that met our criteria. The instructors are patient and caring which is a must when working with the 4 and 5 year olds. We've been there for about 6 months and my son is so much more outgoing and he's connecting well with his teammates. This is a family owned business and I appreciate and enjoy that they also put on fun events for the families. Overall I highly recommend this place. It teaches more than punches and kicks but instills lifelong skills for kids and even adults"
