Crossroads Equipment Lease and Finance

"Our company purchased equipment from this company in 2021 and never had any issues with the payment because it was always on automatic payment , somehow two of the payments was returned last year , but not by our fault and nobody from the Crossroads didn't even call us until they issued Repossession order .Here is their notes "Last year, May, the customer had run into some bounced checks, had cancelled his phone number, and was out for repossession." But somehow they find the same number to reach our company to inform about the repossession. With this being said , our company can not get any equipment because they submitted this information to credit bureau. I tried to call them couple times to resolve this issue normal way , but no one wants to talk . And by the way when they called us after those missing payments and informed us about it , we paid outstanding payments right away . We never had any issues like this with other financing companies"
