His staff is small, and you will be working primarily with his law clerks/paralegals on your case, so outside of your initial consultation, filing, and court appearance, do not expect much time or contact directly with Vaughn. However, his staff if very competent and thorough. My one complaint would be that they are not as responsive to phone calls and emails as I would have appreciated.
