"Today (Saturday) is my first time coming to the SF Cinta Aveda Institute. Moe cut, colored and styled my hair. Sara was the instructor who guided Moe. They were both efficient, professional and skilled. I am looking forward to returning next month to get a partial highlight. This was a very positive experience."
"I've gone a handful of times throughout the years and generally had a pretty good experience with engaged instructors -- even if the students were not as engaged. I've also had good luck with instructors understanding how to deal with long curly hair. Today, while the student was very friendly, the instructor was completely unengaged, seemed to know nothing about my hair type, never checked in during the cut, and the student was treating this more as a short-haired men's cut. I left with a frizzy mess and razer burn after his neck clean-up. I felt utterly embarrassed walking out. I felt pretty uncomfortable from the start and should have walked out then. If you were not comfortable with my hair type or felt I got the wrong service you should have not cut my hair at all. I would have chosen to send this feedback first privately, but there's no email contact and I don't ever want to go back after this anyway."
