"Called to transfer funds to fidelity from other companies. Talked to a financial consultant who directed us to fill physical forms to do so and drop it at their office. They would call with confirmation. Two months later, nothing was done and no follow up call. I called them and a relationship advisor said that an electronic signature was ok. So the financial consultant did not know what he was doing. Called the other firms and initiated the transfer myself. Seriously evaluating my decades old relationship with fidelity based on how bad it is working with the Dublin office. The San Francisco office was much more professional, but it’s a schlep."

My rep (Min Myo) contacts me regularly to set up appointments to update status, and he is 100% familiar with all my accounts when we show up. He understands the markets and tax rules inside and out, and is able to succinctly answer any question we've come up with. Plus, he seems to be able to put plans into motion instantly. I highly recommend him, and this branch."

"I had to set up all my accounts online, bring them in for the personal adviser to review...then she moved all of our funds, with the promise of a scheduled conference call (because my husband and I work) to discuss our investment options and she never followed up. She left our 401k in cash and sold our funds at the bottom of the market. We finally invested our funds on our own & asked Fidelity to remove her from our accounts, she called to find out what she could do to help us, my husband told her to call back the next day & she never called us again. Run quickly away from this branch. We'll try another branch only because his current employer uses Fidelity."
