"Visited the branch to close a few accounts with BoA. The banker, Mrs. Tran, was very professional and polite. On one hand express how much they value the customers, on the other hand make the process very smooth. Excellent customer service!"

"I swear to god this branch and virtually every branch in San Jose is god awful. I really encourage everyone to complain to the district manager about how they service customers. Literally called for 1 hour straight trying to connect to a rep from the branch (no i dont want to use the 1800 number or the mobile app) after calling about 35 times, one person picked up the phone and didnt say a word and then hung up on me. Literally shocked with how much urgency Bank Of America LACKS. I'm also going to reach out to the district manager. I actually come from banking myself and never in my life can i sit there and let the phone ring and completely ignore it. Yes if the branch is busy then you can still pick and a simple "Hello thanks for calling Bank of America, can i please put you on hold?" will work. Trust me it will. The fact that no one (not just this branch but most of the san jose area) blatantly ignore phone calls from customers is amazingly absurd."

"I'd rate lower if I could. I work at a business across the street from here and my first times in here have been absolutely terrible. I need quick service to get back to the property I was run nearby and each time I come in, i find myself standing in the middle of the room wondering where to go for service. The employees avoid contact with me and say nothing; I have to approach and hope I get help. Then when I do have to ask, "where do I stand in the business line", it's like they either don't know or don't want to hear my confusion! This has happened the last two times. Horrible customer service. Go to Wells Fargo for Business banking."
