"I have had consistently horrible service at this bank and branch. This recent issue is they have receipt of a 20k deposit and WILL NOT credit my account. I brought in my clients bank statements showing the money transferred 3 working days ago and was told the credit would be posted in 2 hours. It’s the next day and still nothing. They see me but leave me waiting and make no acknowledgement. This IS the worst Bank in America"

"This place needs to hire some staff. Every time I come in the line is over 5 people waiting and only 2 tellers. As it is centrally located it should be expected that this branch will be busy. This has been going on for the past 5 months on any time of the day. This is not only poor customer service but I feel bad for the 2 employees too. And they have no bathroom. Be prepared people"
