"Use literally anyone else. Not from TrashFarm though, just use a different company. This agent (and other TrashFarm agents) do nothing but ignore communication the entire day. I have been trying to get in touch about my insurance account for over a month and they have ignored every single attempt to communicate. I cannot stress enough how bad your experience will be if you use this company or agent. It won't let me put 0 stars but know that that's what I intended."
