"Zero stars. Totally unethical and complicit in fraud and the receipt of their own insurance agency. I would not recommend this insurance agent as she covered up and used her position of power to protect her husband from an accident for which he was entirely at fault. He admitted fault at the time, due to his behemoth of a lifted truck being “unable to see” and somehow “unable to hear” our vehicle’s 5 second long press on the horn, and caused significant damage to our vehicle. We should have known this would happen when he said “my wife is an insurance agent, she’ll take care of it”. Great mob mentality. I do not recommend an agent who is devoid of morality and who bullies people to protect her family. How dare they conduct themselves this way and expect to simply get away with it. I would not be surprised if this is not the first time something like this has happened & unfortunately not the last. Search for an insurance agent else"
