"Dirty, in Disrepair, Elevator has been Out of Order for 1+yrs if not longer, there r people Loitering outside the Main Door ALL the time Smoking when they shuld be 25+feet away per Fire Marshall Regulations as it is a Market Rate, Affordable Housing, Section 8 approved bldg, Employee's don't even stay on their office's, & if they do they Lock themselves in, the kitchen appliances are MINI SIZED no turkey dinner at ur place. NEED I SAY MORE? The place shuld be torn/burned down & New appts shuld be built-in it's place..."
