"Had to procure transportation for my elderly non-ambulatory elderly mother due to a lapse in her LA Care which meant paying out of pocket. Doris assisted me with quotes and scheduling for an appt that required a drive from LB all the way to Lancaster (make sure to ask about type of transport van and available seating). My mom didn't want to ride via gurney and insisted on going in a reclining wheelchair. Transportation (mini-van altered for WC transportation) was scheduled with Ricky and the reclining WC was an issue as far as my mother's situation and the ride up was quite challenging but for the ride back Ricky figured out a way for us to manage the WC to ensure my mother was much more comfortable. Mom asked for country music and Ricky was very accommodating in allowing me to look up and play whatever mom wanted to listen to. His patience and kindness was what I needed to survive an extremely stressful day. I'd definitely book with Ricky again. Thank you Ricky!"
