"The blame on multiple occasions was put on myself or my service provider. Why don't you guys work with Toyota? My car sat in the shop for over a week before an adjuster could come out and see it in order to start the claim or do work. Toyota had all the parts ready to go and was waiting on you. All State stated that my service provider declined the use of the virtual assistant and thus could not get someone out sooner due to a first come first serve basis. Toyota has stated they have had nothing but issues working with All State and the virtual assistant server does not work and is inoperable! I've tried calling multiple times to get the issue resolved and have had nothing but a headache."
