"FRIENDLY, PERSONAL SERVICE - ABOVE & BEYOND. After disappointment and wallet heartbreak at both The UPS Store and FedEx Office, and faced with estimates from both of nearly $1,000 to ship a disassembled Sleep Number bed, Caleb from Box Brothers saved the day! I walked in only 45 minutes before closing and Caleb never even mentioned time! He studied the issue and came up with a very creative solution which saved me HALF! "Very Happy with my experience because of the exceptional customer service. Kaleb helped me, I had a large deconstructed wooden planter and a 40lb Kitchen Aid mixer to ship to Portland. All in all about 100lb of awkward odds and ends to ship from LA to Portland Oregon. These were not easy items to box and ship but somehow Kaleb made this whole ordeal a positive experience. He was kind, patient and took so much care in solving helping me solve shipping these awkward items. I don't experience exceptional customer service often in such a busy large city as LA so I think it's important to give credit to those who do their jobs well and genuinely create value for others.
