"They do good work and are friendly. Then they try to up charge you for things they told you were included. I was also told boxes would be 5-10 dollars but the guy tried to charge me up to 40 bucks for a box. They also charged me an extra hour (1.5 hours if you include the lunch I bought for them). Make sure everything is in writing what their “everything included” exactly means. Also look at the hours they charge. I realized they charged more hours after I already paid. If they hadn’t screwed me on the charges I would have totally recommended and used them again."

"I simply can't imagine a more inept or irresponsible group of people than the employees at Air 1 Moving and Storage. I also can't imagine that any of the positive reviews are actually genuine. My horrible experience mirrors every other one star review that they have... so if nothing else, they are at least consistent. Rather than a long and detailed account of everything that went wrong, suffice to say the move ended up costing more than twice what we were originally quoted, every item, yes, EVERY large item that Air 1 Moving and Storage was responsible for packing arrived damaged , 30% of our boxes never arrived at all and Air 1 Moving and Storage's response was essentially that although they would review these matters internally, there was no potential for any sort of compensation as a result of their incompetence.
