"Worst experience with movers ever! They stored our mattress and box spring OUTSIDE so it was filthy and wet when they delivered it. Boxes were damaged and falling apart. Several items and boxes were missing altogether and even more items were destroyed when they arrived. We filed a claim and never heard back despite MANY attempts to contact someone at the company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY."
"Worst moving nightmare ever. Tried to way over charge me, and not just beyond the original weight also for things I was never told I would be charged for was going to be nearly double the price. Had to threaten calling the police to get them to honor the original price structure. Stole my tablet from my home. Broke many things. Late delivery including lied about the truck breaking down I'm pretty sure. Absolutely horrible."
"I am still waiting to hear from Victor or Paul as to where my household goods are. The address on the original contract with Paul is coming up as a church address. The address that comes up under Coast transport is a house address also a Computer repair company. I finally got a hold of Paul yesterday he says Victor is out of country which I know he’s from Israel, that he will check and see where my belongings are and get back to me again he is not returning my calls he has not called me back I have called him and left emails asking what he’s found out. I’m praying to God that my belongings have not been stolen from me. My dad’s ashes are in there and all my memorabilia for mom and dad and all my kids pictures. Next step is when Better business bureau opens up I will be calling them to find out what steps I can take next."
