"I recently used Presto to move from CA to FL. Moving is stressful and I worked with Henry the manager throughout who made it as seamless as one could expect. He is the reason I decided to go with Presto. I had a good impression from the beginning and the quote was well priced. We did video walkthrough estimate of my home I got fairly accurate estimate of what it would cost. The actual cost came to about 900 dollars higher than estimated which is very reasonable considering we did it all by video and I had full closets. My stuff arrived much earlier than expected which was great! All my items made it - no missing items. One item was damaged; a mover took apart the motor of my standing desk and the wires were damaged and pieces were missing and it could not be put back together. I called Henry about it and he made a very reasonable offer settlement which was more than was covered by the baseline insurance. My overall impression was that this is a good respectable moving company. Henry is an honest and reasonable guy and was my point of contact throughout. The value of service met my expectations for what I needed and I would recommend them!"
