Conveniently located on ground level, parking spaces are close to the door, connected by a newly paved and recently shoveled and salted sidewalk. the place is in good condition with all of the amenities functioning at the time of move in and a month later still. One parking space included with rent. This is a convenient location, a stones throw from cub and target, and a hop skip and a jump away from Walmart."

"Ben living in the cottages for about a year now. I my girlfriend and brother live with me and we have all herd it the neighbors are allways yelling there are so many bugs and spiders in my house I cant get ride of them. everyone around here is a crab and will complain every chance they get. management really sucks they will half ass fix anything and call it good. the neighbors around us cant mind there own business and complain if the garage gets left open. there small run down and are over charging people to stay here."
