"We were having a problem with water quality in our spa the last few months and had exhausted options with the dealer we purchased it from. I went to the Sonoma Spa Napa location and they ran a water test and identified the issue in 15 minutes and provided the resolution as well. After following their instructions our water quality issues have been resolved. Bree (I hope my spelling is correct) was great to deal with. Very patient and helpful and even called us back for an update. She took her time in answering all our questions and we will be dealing with her and the Napa store for our future spa needs."
