"I’m laughing because the last review posted from Zachary was verbatim of what happened to us! So, instead of buying a new $1300 pool robot we took it to the Rhonert park store and he fixed it for $100. Bad management at the Napa store"

"Do not buy a Pool Robot from this store- I purchased a $1300 Polaris pool robot from this store in 2018. It worked for two seasons then stopped working. It was under warranty so I brought I back to the store and they had it “under repair” the entire summer. I put it back in the pool this summer and it didn’t work. I brought it back to the store and they told me every part was “burned out” and I had to purchase a brand new $1300 unit. Please save your money and do not buy a Polaris pools Robot from this store."

"I wasted a lot of time at Leslies while an older man looked up the item, showed me a bag of 4, and then told me they did not stock it (yes, really). He should have sent me to Don's Pool Supplies (just down the street)."
