"We bought a great home in Napa several years ago - with a beautiful yet, ignored 35k gallon pool. I knew little to none about pools. I was a bit out of my league...a rookie. I brought in a few pool pros - and quickly learned, there were a lot of issues and, I need to get smart about how to personally manage the variables involved in upkeep and care of our pool and water. Otherwise, my upkeep costs would run into to thousands and thousands a year. Common sense and service brought me to Don's and I have never left. I bring water samples, they tell me what I need to do. I need replacement issues - they have them or will get them. Advice? free. Prices ? At worst, competitive. What I save in not buying what I think I need v. their counsel being specific about what I need to buy and timing is invaluable. For Napa, Don's is the go to place because they are massively relationship centric and think long term - not the sale today. I have visited / tried the rest - thanks, I will stay with the best."
