"Called in to my office today. I informed "Simon" that I am just an employee and all I can help him with is scheduling a service. He immediately changed his tone to condescending and demeaning and started talking smack about the company I work for. We don't need your money boys. We are successful and get many many calls every day. We don't have time for your blatant baiting tactics and arrogance. He is easily angered, yells and then hangs up whenever we show little to no interest in his offer. You guys should really teach your employees something about customer service."
"Worst experience i have ever had. They kept telling I was approved and funding would be there tonight, next day no money, I called and next day no money, I called and they said they decided not to fund. They charged me $950 anyway. I sent an email trying to get it back but no answer. I called again today to ask for a letter of not funding. Sam yelled at me and hung up. They have hung up on me over 20 times, because I don't give up. I have now sent an email asking for a letter, let's see what they say or will ever reply."
