"I worked for the company a little over a year. I was promised a promotion but instead they had me help hire and train my replacement then promoted her not even two months after hiring her. This is not including the fact that I was promised a promotion and raise again and when it came to give me that they fired me instead and my severance wasn’t even as much as the others they let go. And to top it off they fired every black woman on my team except one and I believe she just ended up leaving and getting a new job out of fear. Run if you have the chance do not work here!"

"Wow, I don’t usually write reviews but I just had to make time to write this one. I would just like to say what an amazing experience I’ve had with Voca. My recruiter Shem was so amazing!! I’ve had recruiters reached out to me before in the past but Shem was amazing. I really felt like my recruiter cared for me. He made the process simple for me to understand. He was very, patient, professional, responsive, and available whenever I had questions. Shem had reached out to me a couple month before I started this contract and I didn’t feel like I was ready for a travel position at the moment so I referred him to my mom. He got on the phone with my mom and got her a position very quickly. She told me about her experience with her recruiter Shem, and how amazing and smooth the process was.
