Del Taco

"Nice location, appeared the AC wasn't working so a bit hot inside. Otherwise friendly staff and good food."

"OMG. I cannot believe the service my family just went through at Del Taco. The cashier was in training so I gave her plenty of slack. But the manager on duty was awful. So sad that I had to put my wife and 6 year old daughter through this. The cashier made many mistakes. Charged me for a side of Jalapenos when the nachos come with it. Charged me for a big drink instead of the regular. Asked for 2 orders of 3 layer nachos and charged me for only 1 so I had to go back in line and order the other separately! I end up paying almost 3 dollars more. Regardless, she was new so I let it slide. After waiting a long time to get the food, the manager suggested to take some now and come back later for the rest. I just took the drinks and waited for the food. It never came. After 25 minutes, I asked for the money back. We never eat anything and he couldn't figure out how much to give back. All he had to do was add the 2 receipts together but he input the refund in 1 and was 3 dollars off and tried to convince me that the I was wrong. Terrible. My 6 year old daughter was crying and hungry. All she wanted was her churros!"

"I always love Del Taco when I'm in a hurry and want something yummy, fast, and inexpensive. The staff was super friendly and I like that they took care when making our food! Everything was made properly, and I always appreciate it when my food looks as good as the advertised pictures. I only gave three stars for the atmosphere because many of the tables were not clean. I can only assume that we showed up after the lunch rush, and they hadn't had time to clean. Everything else was great!"

"I went here at 3pm. Went through the drive thru. They said they would take my order in a minute. 5 minutes later.. nothing. I said, "Hello?" a couple times and no one answered. Thinking the speaker wasn't working, I pulled forward. Once the car in front of me left, I told them I wasn't able to place my order, because no one was answering at the speaker. By then it had been 10 minutes. They told me to come inside and order because I didn't wait. I told them I tried to order and no one was answering. The lady said she was refusing to take my order and I can leave. I asked for her managers information and she said, "No." I asked for the corporate number, she said, "No." I pulled around front and called corporate. By the time I was done with that call it had been 30 minutes. Absolutely horrible experience! As a store manager, I would be horrified if my employees treated customers this way. I know it's Del Taco, but come on!! Don't treat your customers like that! Do better, Del Taco. Please."

"Disappointed in quality of this particular location. Not much meat in beef quesadillas. Only 4 chips in taco salad. Carne asada did have a good flavor."
